Welcome to Ephrata Charter Chapter

The mission of the American Business Women's Association is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

On October 5, 1976, 32 women came together to form the Ephrata Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association. In its vibrant history, the Ephrata chapter has awarded over $230,000 in scholarships to local students. In addition, over 20,000 has been awarded to local women from the ABWA National scholarship fund.
